Be Active & Prep for Birth With Prenatal Yoga in Erie, PA at yogaErie!

One of the most frustrating parts of pregnancy is being expected to stay active when you’re so tired all the dang time. All your energy is going toward growing your newest arrival, and while that’s endlessly exciting, it also tends to make you want to chuck any fitness goals right out the window. If you do need a way to stay active, one of the best options is a prenatal yoga class. Not only will this give you one of the best workouts, but it will also prepare your body for delivery. This can potentially shorten your labor while helping you with recovery. As a Pennsylvania photographer, I get the chance to talk to a lot of expectant moms about their favorite places. If you’re looking for prenatal yoga in Erie, PA, let me introduce you to yogaErie!

About YogaErie: Your Spot For Wonderful Prenatal Yoga in Erie, PA

2560 West 8th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16505

YogaErie is a prenatal yoga studio founded by longtime Erie, PA yogi Jill Crawford in 2009. While traveling to Pittsburgh, Jill fell in love with the heated yoga classes. In fact, she loved it so much that she decided she needed to find a way to bring it to Erie. In the beginning, she was joined by three teachers who helped her teach ten classes a week. This soon expanded until it reached the studio it is today. Currently, the studio offers 15 teachers for over 25 weekly classes. While the main draw of the studio remains their heated yoga class, they have options for everybody. So you can find the one that works for you.
